This is a warm inviting pub to meet up for a meal and drinks. They have 5 large screen tvs with your current sports always on. We like their fish and chips, burgers, meatloaf but have had their starters scotch eggs, onion rings etc. Their draft beer is always cold and fresh We live in Bandon and stop in n from time to time over there years and always feel welcome. It's always been clean so I'm confused by some of the comments. Some people just can't be pleased by reading some reviews. This is a small town. Staff is super friendly and attentive. They have wifi. My opinion this is a consistent restaurant w happy hour 3-5pm
I was very impressed by this Irish pub. Everyone was very nice. The bartender made me feel very at home and told me about the different kinds of eggs between Scotland and Ireland. I thought the eggs were great, just very different. The bartender did a black and tan, and the technique was perfect. I really love this experience and I highly recommend it!
Things are defiantly improving at this place. Owner is not as grumpy and riding everyone's ass about siting at the wrong tables.
The fish and chips are divine. Owner is a little quirky. Closes up when he feels like it, not what the hours state. And don't try to order anything fancy like a Mai tai or you'll get laughed at and asked to chose something else. It's an Irish pub... not a bar I guess.
Stopped in for lunch as always when I'm in the area! It's my favorite place for great food and amazing service. Plus the drinks are perfect! Friendly atmosphere and chatty staff makes it my place to go!
